Charter Bank has announced the acquisition of T. Graham Mortgage of Gulfport. Charter Bank President and CEO Greg Cronin called the addition a "perfect fit" which will allow the bank the ability to extend services and convenience to its customers. "With T. Graham Mortgage now a part of Charter Bank, we can provide an enhanced level of service," he said. "We are essentially self-contained with regard to home loans. We service the customer's mortgage and are able to get the best rate available. Equally important, existing customers of T. Graham Mortgage now have Charter Bank as a one-stop resource for them."
Tom Graham, President of T. Graham Mortgage, will remain as President with the company he started in 1997. "I am delighted we are now part of the Charter Bank family," he said. "I've been in the mortgage loan business here in Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1972. I've seen a lot of changes over the years and joining forces with Charter Bank makes it a win-win for the customers of both organizations. We now have additional tools to maximize our effectiveness to the customer."
